Location is great, clean There was no wifi for our entire stay, also the response from owner about this issue was taken two days. Very small room and even smaller terrace.

The price / value is awesome. You can't get a better apartment for this price. - The best thing is the location, it is located in the middle of the old town and everything is 5 min walk away - Very safe area - I don't understand why everybody is complaining about the noise, it was very silent and relaxing for our whole stay - Bedsheets and the room is clean - I could only mention one negative thing, the shower has black mold in the corners, otherwise the bathroom is clean. If you are not worried too much about this you won't even notice it.

The location only. The owner had not left the key on the key locker. We contaced to her and she mentioned that he did not have any other key. We were waiting outside the appartment for almost one hour after the midnight while we had informed her about the time of our arrival. After her poor explanations that she cannot find another key (our accomodation was paid before the arriving) she mentioned that she will send someone to help. And then, a couple ... came out from our appartment and the guy mentioned initially that he was the owner and secondly that he was the staf.... We do not know why they did it. We staud outside of the appartment 1 hour and more.... while they were inside? Additionally, after our departure, we asked them 3 times to issue the invoice for our accommodation and they never replied to several requests we made. The appartment is in the center of the city of Bari which is the only positive from our experience.

Great little place to stay in the old town, very clean modern room and bathroom, great host who was easy to communicate with through WhatsApp, very clear self check in and check out instructions as well! Plenty of space in the bedroom and a good sized bathroom. Only small thing was the air conditioner made a rattling noise for the first little while after it turned on but eventually stopped, and no soap rack in the shower
