The host was very helpful and kind, the room had some very nice finer details to make it feel comfy and a pleasure to be in. We enjoyed the location (although noisy we are aware it’s that way in this area due to students partying-I see some reviews being upset about this? It’s not a property issue it’s the area which you can’t avoid). So being honest, great place to stay for convenience in the lovely old town, great room, clean and well looked after, great shower, a bit noisy but not an issue for us. Great host helpful and kind, always there when you need advice. All was great ?

The location was perfect, in a small charming street, main attractions just around the corner. Super nice bars few steps from the flat. This area is full of life at night but it is not noisy. You can feel a heart of Barletta here. The flat is nice, modern and and clean. Room service with perfect cleaning everyday. Typical breakfast, we had it at Bonelli cafe. Cornettos delicious, and the cofee as well. The staff very friendly. Everything was good. One thing that i think may improve the place would be a sun umbrella in the room, and maybe soap in dispensers not in small packets. But these are only details.

Very easy to Check-In and Check-Out. Very freindly staff and beatuiful room in the city centre. I can recommend this place.

The property was clean, great aircon, good Wi-Fi, it was comfortable and the location was great The apartment could be better equipped - the were no cups, no washing up liquid or tea towels to dry things. The idea of renting an apartment is to have some basics to be independent - these little things would have much appreciated.

Room is located right at the city center and very close to bars, restaurants and beach. Bed was nice and comfortable and the room match the photos Bathroom was disgusting, shower was nasty and unclean. The shower head war even sticky. Also the corridor of the building has a distinct smell of fig poop. Not something you want to smell in the morning.

Location is perfect right in the heart of the local nightlife, a short walk to the beach and all the clothes shops, 24 hr vending machines right around the corner not 20 meters from the door which were a life saver! Beautiful restaurants no matter where you look! The bed was two singles pushed together so wouldn't recommend for couples... there was mould on the ceiling in bathroom. The room was right next to service stairs so kept getting woken by staff talking very loudly on the phone (some people like to sleep while on holiday!) Also woken multiple times by housekeeping who were persistent on knocking when we said we didn't need anything then forcing us to get up to unlock door to tell them go away! (I understand there is a language barrier but common sense has to kick in at some stage) The cafe that was advertised for breakfast was a joke, tried 4 times during our stay to get a table and couldn't get the staff to look at us!

Very good location for access to the old city. Good coffee at the Italian style breakfast venue. Rapid response from the owner to problems encountered. Parking on the street is a problem.
