The location is superb — everything is within a short walking distance. Restaurants right when you walk out the door, the beach just a few steps down, and the castle a stone's throw away. The place is super clean. We stayed for one night and were very happy

Exceptional

The actual location was very good. The breakfast (at a local cafe-The Brooklyn) was good. The size of one bedroom was excellent the other quite small. Travellers need to be aware that the stairs to the accommodation are very narrow, steep, and without handrails. The shower unit in one of our rooms needed a deep clean to remove the mould, and the towels were worn and in poor condition. Car parking was difficult to find near the accommodation (even with the details provided).

Everything was nice - big room, clean, friendly host, good location If you lose the access card, you have to pay 150 euros. In my opinion, is not a fair price.

Nice place, original decoration. There's no parking and no breakfast. Sure, parking is "available" in the street (if you're lucky) and you get a voucher for a coffee and a croissant in a caffetteria nearby... ...but that's not what you expect when you check the boxes "parking" and "breakfast" included when you book a place! This is playing with words and borderline fraudulent. This "mislabelling" is becoming now a widespread issue on Booking.com listings and I'm not sure who's responsible for that: the hosts or the platform.

Very good

According to the photos, the room looked much better than in reality. The room is accessible via a very narrow staircase, without a balcony as stated in the offer. There wasn't even a glass in the room.

Central location very close to the Duomo in narrow streets/alleys - beautiful part of Barletta. Lovely walk to the castle in the afternoon. Property was in a narrow back alley and up steep stairs leading to dingy, dark rooms with no facilities for making tea or coffee. It was very noisy at night between loud neighbours and very loud music from nearby.

rooms are functional for students partying not more. where to start? most of it, but the owner and service was terrible. the room was a small 20m2 and tiny toilets, not the 40m2 ‘suite’ as advertised. 3 floors up tiny stairs, with luggage and a kid definitely not. ‘breakfast’ was a coffee, industrial orange juice and a croissant. towels not changed during our entire stay. we complained that the room was half the size we had booked, booking.com or the host didn’t care nor proposed any solution and we couldn’t cancel our stay/get a refund. it was so bad that we left a day early (which was paid for), the owner is trying to charge us an extra 200€ saying we broke the bed (good thing we took a video and photos before we left the room proving the bed was perfectly fine!). Owner doesn’t even speak a a word of english, so good luck if don’t speak Italian. Don’t believe what the description says, else any expectations you have about a nice pleasant stay will be crushed. Very sad that booking.com doesn’t helped honest families like us that stayed hundreds of nights using their platform without any problems before!

Big room, lovely decorations, very friendly and reachable owner, shower was great! Only improvement would be the breakfast place. Didn’t think they have good quality food, drinks and the staff wasn’t too friendly

The location Room advertised on Booking.com totally different then the one we occupied. No personal care products of any kind Not a glasses plastic or other wise Towels past their use by date Shower base not draining No small bar fridge for water

good value for money and very nice location we missed a bit of showergel and would have loved to take a Nespresso in the morning

Fantastic location. Spacious room in an old house. Very clean and well decorated. Host was very responsive. Good wifi. I would come back

I like the house and its position and the kind staff. The room was clean and cosy. Everything was good the only thing I didn't particularly like is the fact that I had to go out of my room to get to the bathroom.
