Kenoa Exclusive Beach SPA & Resort

Aunque me gustó todo, creo que las habitaciones pueden ser mejor en lo de funcionalidad: el velador es muy pequeño en forma de madera y se caen las cosas facilmente, las tinas en el baño tambien están inclinadas y se me estaba cayendo el vaso con cepillo de dientes todo el tiempo, el closet tambien es algo pequeño y no podia caber toda nuestra ropa allí. Se entiende que el hotel presenta el diseño rustico de sus instalaciones pero a vecas esto era un poco excesivo, aunque nada grave que pudo afectar la experiencia super positiva que hemos tenido!

Beautiful place , amazing staff, good food

Definitivamente o destaque é a excelência no nível de serviço. É impressionante o nível de preparo para mimar os hóspedes sem exagerar. Simpatia, empatia e cuidado até em saber os nomes dos hóspedes. O café da manhã é absolutamente incrível. Para o nível de preço, os quartos que não ficam de frente ao mar ficam aquém em termos de tamanho e principalmente vista, mas o valor ainda é compensado pelo elevadíssimo nível de serviço.

Facilities and the staff. The breakfast was awesome, specially the cakes and breads, but the restaurant/lounge’s food lacks of more regionality as it tries to be a mediterranean style and stops in the middle. I would focus in the local culinary.

We paid thousands of euros for the stay and they still charge for the coffee capsule in the room. The hotel feels greedy with not bringing water to the room and charging for things the other 5 star hotels wouldn’t… We had to argue about coffee capsules for them to take it off the bill

The personalized service was incredible. The size and privacy of this resort is exceptional.

This place was absolute PARADISE. We couldn't have thought of a better destination for our honeymoon. The members of staff are all incredibly kind and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience being wonderful. The resort has 24h security as well, at both the beach and the entrance...it felt so safe and we just couldn't believe how lucky we were to have been able to stay here. 10/10. Nothing.

The setup, facilities and staff made our stay at Kenoa lovely. the breakfast and dinner selection was extensive and delicious. The pool and outdoor area was lovely and picturesque. the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. The team at Kenoa work very hard to care for the guests and give them a personalised and attentive experience. For each issue we mentioned they were quick to remediate the matter. We really appreciated their care and attention with us and especially our children. One evening our sim fell asleep at dinner and the staff member arranged for a blanket so he could be move comfortable, of his own initiative and good heart. there are a lot of sharp edges which make it a little less suitable for young children. due to the rustic materials there were nails jutting out from the decking near the pool. the staff were very quick at resolving the issue when we pointed it out but it shouldn’t have been there to start with. It is more of a couples resort and as friendly as the staff are might not be the right scene for families with young children. We had a termite nest in our room and found termites on our son’s bed. The stag again were very quick in resolving the issue by removing the nest but again given the accommodation is in a rustic setting and termites are present then the accommodation should be regularly checked. The hotel is better suited for a short get away or guests who intend to not leave the resort. Getting out of the hotel was a hassle, we have family near by and also wanted to take a short trip to the nearby beaches and even to the airport. We were overcharged for the transport in every trip we took via the hotel or by local taxis.

Outstanding staff, very good restaurant, beautiful rooms and public areas. Nice spa and beach. Great stay for a 3-4 days, not too much to do in immediate area but wonderful experience at the hotel.

Location and infrastructure. Breakfast is also a differentiator. Consider to have access to the beach directly from the rooms/bangalôs. Only 2 or 3 of them have this option.
