It was very peaceful. Comfortable bed. Lovely to eat breakfast outside. It was very hot and air con was fairly ineffective. No Tv in the room.

The location near the river and the beautiful park. Everything was very spacious and quiet. The front facade of the magnificent villa facing the park is worth a visit in itself. As my room was on the third floor it was slightly annoying to have to go down to the first floor for the fridge. But all in all the lovely location and the peace and quiet made up for that.

Beautiful guest house in a wonderful park right next to Adige river and the historic Ponte degli Alpini, which is walking distance from Villa Angaran. Facilities were clean and comfortable, large bathroom and tasty breakfast. Can't wait to be back!

Wonderful location run by a consortium of social enterprises inside a lovely park. The room was basic but big, clean, warm, and comfortable. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. The premises host, among other things, a cool restaurant where breakfast is served (we also had lunch and it was really good) and where you can also buy cool products produced by the association. The city centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes via a pedestrian path that run along the river. Parking inside the premises.

We liked the view from the room, the location, and the staff. The breakfast was ok, but it could be improved more with the variety of the vegetables and fruits. The noise from the air conditioner. Bring with you some ear cups. Also the walls are quite thin and we could hear our neighbours. The breakfast could be improved.
