It is an "old school" hotel, the feel and look is a bit retro, but in spite of that, everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Private parking and a mains plug for EV charging (one I think) A bit more modern furnishing, with lighter and brighter colors, the whole hotel experience is a bit dark and dull, but not negative.

Room was immaculate, close proximity to town. Room was roomy. The beds were comfy. They had firm pillows, fat ones and skinny ones. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Deck was perfect to hang rope to dry our clothes. Breakfast was great. Wish they had a microwave in the room. Host, when asked, heated up our meals No complaints. Some noise from traffic, but that's because we kept balcony door open. I needed the cool air.

The courtesy of the staff. They helped me with phone charger because mine did not work. they have a reserved parking area, not large, but they have it. It is walking distance to Bassano center.

The hotel was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful when needing to book a taxi and other requirements we needed. Was a very short walk to restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again

Flexibility of arriving late in the night. They changed 2 rooms into 1 big room. Very very friendly staff at the reception both in the night as in the morning..

It was very easy to get to via auto. Parking is right under the building. The host was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Very convenient though to walk to the city centre. The room was very small for the 3 of us...one of the smallest we have stayed in.
