Hotel Villa Lovi - Buongiorno! Hotels

We only stayed a short night on the way from Venice to the Dolomites. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was varied and tasty. The Villa itself is quite beautiful and special, with art, luxurious salon and even a pool table.

This outstanding property was a hidden gem on our meandering journey through northern Italy.

Room was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was good, great selection of food although the eggs were finished by people ahead of us and not replenished. There is no garden as such, it's just the front so no where really to relax there. No drinks or snacks so really nothing there at all, which was frustrating after a long drive we wanted to relax at the hotel before going out for dinner. There was construction next door which was a bit noisy, so just not a place to hang out at. Walk into town was fine, 30min or so but very hot!

Nice property and good location 1. The water was cold. 2. We requested to check in at 12:00, but the reception was closed, and we did not receive any communication. 3. The breakfast was mediocre. 4. The air conditioning did not work. 5. The towels were not changed, and the room was not properly cleaned after the first night. Instead of discounting our total bill, the property offered a 20% discount valid for one year. Unfortunately, this was too little, too late.

Our family room was clean and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the pool table. The included breakfast was satisfying, with varied options from savory (cheeses, salami/bacon and scrambled eggs) to sweet (cakes and pastries); we especially liked that the coffee was not from a push-button machine. Sara, at reception, was super friendly and very accommodating, even helping with suggestions for pottery stores in Bassano center. Our only issue was with the tub/showerhead. The maximum height for the showerhead was waist high and there was no water barrier to prevent water from splashing everywhere when you pick up the shower wand to wash/rinse your hair/body.

The location is beautiful and the property itself is wonderful! Everything is well maintained and clean, with all the amenities you need - and more than you expect (like shoe buffers!). The breakfast was fantastic - made to order eggs plus pastries, coffee, yogurt, juice, etc. And the service was impeccable - very friendly, professional and helpful - provided us a recommendation for a local pizza place that was incredible! The only very minor detail is that the GPS takes you to a side door that isn't the actual entrance to the property. But the entrance is just a few feet down the road, so not a big problem at all.

I was never in a hotel so quiet. Windows, doors, walls are so well done that you dont hear any outside noise when you are in the room. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional but classic and good. Hard to find … maybe pastries were a bit too sweet. You could use 3 times less sugar and would be ok

We loved our stay at Villa Lovi. It was so charming and so comfortable. I have deiced it will be my go-to place when we come back to Bassano.
