Nice location in the middle of the nature. The host friendly and always available. We felt like home. Highly reccommended.

Lovely place and great little pool. A good breakfast and helpful owner. I found that the location isn't really suitable if you don't have a car or bike. There are only 2 buses a day.

It is away from the town. The host was fantastic. Spoke both English and Italian. The place was cute. Provided breakfast and best of all the garden were beautiful and had a pool and a gazebo. No air conditioning but opened the windows and the breeze was perfect.

The room was spacious and clean. Our host, Mirko, was friendly and informative. The location was close to Bassano del Grappa city centre and Asolo, both very beautiful villages.

We've been here just for one night with our dog, everything was great and we would definitely stayed longer, if we had more time. The room was comfortable and clean, good breakfast and fantastic surroundings - lovely nature and views, especially for walk with dog :) The owner is nice and friendly man. It was nice to meet you, Mirco, thank you for a pleasant stay :)

Mirco is a lovely man. The bedroom we stayed was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. He gave us the best tips to explore around the area. We definitely recommend it.

Great rural location. Breakfast didn’t cater for vegetarians, meat and cheese just isn’t enough variety. We went and bought our own cereal and milk. Having said that, the cappuccino was superb

Exceptional

Mirko the host is an amazing person who welcomes you into a lovely BnB with comfortable bed, good facilities and lovely garden. Stories from Mirko and breakfast were great. The rooms are private but you can meet other guests at breakfast if you like The area is lovely but that is true of the whole area, we had some better views elsewhere. The location is okay for someone with a car or bike but to walk is very far on the side of the road or taxi is expensive and have to call.

Extremely qiet and beautiful area outside of Bassano Mirko is a wonderfully friendly host. Very clean. The house itself is unfortunately very badly noise insulated. One hears basically every sound from anywhere in the house, from above of the hosts, from the room next door. All a bit basic, which though is reflected in the low price, so no complaint on that.

Great location, but you need a car - it's a bit remote. Excellent host who is good company, helpful and attentive. He recommended a superb pizza restaurant in a village about 2km away (Pizza Al Telefono in Vlarovina, since you ask). Good sized family room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. And, speaking of the garden, it is beautifully laid out with an excellent swimming pool - a real plus when you're travelling with kids. Finally, the town of Bassano del Grappa is less than 5km away and well worth a visit. Be sure to check out the historic wooden bridge Ponte Vecchio. In the summer Italy is a haven for mosquitoes and there were no mosquito nets on the windows of the rooms so, with there being no air-conditioning, you either get very hot or open the windows and get very bitten! Also, the breakfast is a little basic in its variety and choice.

Everything was perfect. Mirco keeps this B&B in a very brilliant way. Rooms and beds are cleaned up everyday. Common area, with a fridge, coffee maker to our disposal, very cosy and very well decorated. Very nice and confortable garden with a swimming pool and chairs to relax. No air co, but even if we were there in a very hot period, we could sleep at night with windows opened. Free parking. Nice breakfast. Very nice area around Just to mention one thing : we were three adults but room was not a real triple room and the added bed was not very confortable for an adult kid.

Really loved the accommodation, especially the pool and the location near Bassano, but still far from it all. At time of my stay the whole Europe is suffering from a heatwave so the 4-5 deg. Celsius difference between the town of Bassano and 10 min. uphill RosArancio really do make a difference. Very welcoming host and very tasteful breakfast. Absolutely nothing I could complain about.

The host Mirko was really nice and had great tips on the area. The swimming pool added an extra cooling option during the warm summer days. The village in the mountains was a great view during the hikes and car rides.
