We got the same room we did last time, which was wonderful and made my kids' time there amazing! The room was cold and nice sized. The staff were so kind and helpful. The lobby and sitting seemed to be well maintained and cleaned. The room and dishes weren't very clean. The pool was dirty. The place seemed to be run down although it's been less than a year since we've been there. There was a slight hole or something in the ceiling by the shower, tje tub felt like ot would fall at any moment, and the toilet moves with you. Like the whole thing.

Clean Room was hot but was moved which was better temperature. Shampoo and conditioner were not refilled and only one roll of toilet for one adult and 4 kids.

Overall not very pleased with the bed or pillows. Dirty clothes on the floor in the guest laundry room, rooms adjoining rooms beside and above very noise, trash outside around the building. patio furniture stained. I have stayed there many times before. Frankly, each time has gotten a bit worse. I don’t believe I will stay again.

Can't go wrong here. Large rooms with sofa beds and large refrigerator for multiple nights. Other than the check in being delayed due to computer outage there was nothing to say negative about our stay here.

Clean I booked for a family of 5 and only had 2 towels I called the front desk to have some towels taken to my room and the girl in the front didn’t want to bring them for me.

I was pleased with the stay. It was a clean room in a decent location.

And we happen to see someone run into another vehicle. That is something to think about with space and parking lot access for visitors. We could not find parking when we arrived.
