All the pillow provided were too high. Good to provide some softer ones so as to provide a choice. For one of the rooms given us, there was an odour coming from below the toilet bowl (Rm 705) and the light outside the toilet keeps flickering which affected my mother's sleep.

1. The location is very convenient, just located directly in front of Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. 2. The counter customers service including security guards were very helpful. 1. The bathroom heater was not functioning well, the temperature can be high and low out of sudden during halfway of showering. 2. The soundproofing is poor as we can hear ppl talking at the corridor or walking by. 3. The toilet flushing system was ok, but it was clogged once. 4. Some inconveniences caused as the room doesn’t have formal table. We have to eat quite tricky.

Room is clean. Staff is friendly. Most importantly the Netflix and YouTube are free!! The sound proofing is a bit not good, but doesn't affect much.

The location was great, interior of the family suite was good enough. No fridge, no leeway for late check out.

That being said, always use Google maps when looking for the hotel, as Apple maps might take you to the wrong destination!
