not like as picture. they did not allowed us to checking in because they said they not collab with OYO anymore!! already 3 years. they ask me to cancel the booking and will return the money but no! i chat with oyo and email booking.com but no respond. booking.com also useless. hotel very dirty

Didn't like anything because thus the hotel doesn't exit anymore. They still advertise thumis hotel and take our money. Cannot get refunds for this fraud
