I had a great stay at Vivotel Hotel. For the price, it is incredibly affordable and offers everything you need for a comfortable trip to Batam. The rooms are modern and very clean; I highly recommend booking a room with a window as the size felt just right and not cramped. The location is excellent—very close to major shopping malls like Nagoya Hill and Grand Batam, with plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast was simple but tasty and a great way to start the day. The staff were also very polite and helpful. If you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel that still feels fresh and well-maintained, this is a solid choice!

breakfast was nice however could be more diverse. staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. the hotel is next to a supermarket and a coffee cafe so easy to buy some water at the supermarket and you can enjoy a nice special coffee. the beds could be more comfortable but considering the price it was fine.

Visited here a few times already, everything is good and comfortable, slightly near to bcs mall, there is a In house massage and the suite room is awesome ? Please change the televisions to the latest models, with smart features, I have been to other hotels within batam, and 1 of them has smart features like YouTube, Netflix and etc, I believe once you have changed all televisions, it will be a added experience and will definitely increase the ratings ✌️

The hotel consider new and well equipped with all necessary items. I have upgraded to grand deluxe room as I need interconnecting room. The rooms are clean and spacious. They prepared two single beds and one king size bed for us. For me, it is really thoughtful. The room has the smell of cigarette smoke. And the rooms' sound proof isn't really good. The toilets were not so clean and one of the toilet has urine smell. The rest were fine.

The location is good. Near the ferry terminal & mall The toilet smell were so bad and not really clean.
