This hotel was impeccably looked after in terms of cleanliness. I liked the location as it was midway between Nagoya Hills Mall and the Nagoya Food Court. I especially liked the buggy ride which took me from the reception area to my part of the building at the far end. Those drivers were very friendly and helpful with tips on where to go. I read reviews complaining about noise levels, which I was lucky to avoid until the early hours of the morning. I later learnt that the noise was coming from taxi drivers chatting loudly whilst waiting for work who were parked next to the canal opposite the hotel.

The location is excellent near to the salon, spa and food place like Indorasa. The price is very afforable. The staff are helpful and friendly. i told them since day 1 my aircon leaking. from 6pm call counter 3-6 times nobody picks up. i went down and tell them at the reception. then i went out for dinner. came back 10pm still leaking. i call counter. The male staff who took my call say he will ask for maintainence personel to come over. I waited until 11pm but nobody came. then i call again they told me engineer only works 7am in the morning. Wondering why they didnt bother to call and tell me. next day 7am i call again the lady at the counter nicer. she says its 9am then engineer come. then ask if i wanna change room. i declined since it didnt really bother me much. they came and fix at 9am. It was fine at first then i went out afternoon came back another side leaking. they came and fix again ask me if i wanna change room i say i am going to stay one or two nights more only so its fine. Wifi connection keeps dropping for this trip. I stayed in this hotel many times. Overall very nice experience. Only this trip encounter a weak signal and aircon leaking.

Comfortable bed. Good Aircon. Clean air in the room. Hotel supplies eg shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste n toothbrush available to use. Friendly n approachable staff always wear a smile on their faces. From the Bellboy who helps us with the luggages n chat with us. He always ready to assist, to the Reception staff who speaks English well. And the cleaner who clean n make up the room n restaurant staff... all of them made us feel welcome to this hotel. Nice vibes. The location is good. Nagoya citywalk is just at the back of this hotel. There's a factory outlet there selling all sorts of clothing, bags, wallets etc..n eateries around the area. We r vegetarian, and there's 1 veg shop just 2mins from the hotel serving varieties of dishes at very reasonable prices. There's also plenty of shops selling designer bags, Chinese medical shop, eateries, incense sticks shop, convenience store etc n a pasar is short walking distance from this hotel. 2 ants 'walking' around the boiler. 1 tiny spider crawling at the back of the toilet seat.

when we arrived I was informed that the only available room was a smoking room. The staff at the front desk said since I did not put special request they gave the other non-smoking room to other guests. But during the booking, there was an option between a smoking and non-smoking room and I selected a non-smoking room. So it is disappointing that our whole stay we can smell the cigarettes even after we put air fresheners.

Room was small yet cosy, myriad of TV channels and a medium soft bed with fluffy pillows. Basic toiletries and electric kettle provided as well. Hotel's location to Nagoya Hill Mall is in walking distance with plenty of eateries nearby. Service-oriented and helpful staff the moment you stepped in. Initially booked for a night stay but extended for another, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! NIL
