The staff were very warm and welcoming; it was value for money; also felt very safe. Especially Rajab, Ernica and the others in the reception. Warm fuzzy feeling. Nothing noteworthy.

Breakfast! Well I had only sunny side up topping with vegetables that what I requested it, but well-done to the ladies (commis cook) you make my days..and the small sister(internship) waitress doing afternoon shift, sorry can't recall her name??.. you are marvelous.. keep it up.. Thanks you for all of FOUR POINTS FAMILIES for the great and caring hospitality... InshaAllah will c u again in the next visit... Pillows not that comfortable..?

The single bed is big enough for adult & kid to sleep together. Buffet breakfast was good despite nobody cleared your plates and you have to clear yourself. The Aircon was bad and room lighting too dark for my room.

Staff tried their absolute best to make us feel comfortable and the room was great with the bed being a highlight of stay! The surrounding area is abit sketchy, however the hotel made sure to have a staff to receive us when we returned at night and even when we had ordered food from gojek. Was very appreciative of it!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast for a big name hotel was very poor. Breakfast options should change and need to have a wider spread of options.
