Great location Shower was not hot, and took 5-10 minutes to get to a warm temperature. Called the front desk to fix it, but this is the best they could do.

Can't watch TV don't know why.. called the maintenance but still cannot fix it.. small fridge cannot use. Aircon already fixed and being controlled which I only can lower the fan mode or off it

I don't like the aircon which is already controlled the temperature. I only can lower the fan mode or either off it...my TV is not working.. called the maintenance they fixed but still cannot watch any channel from the day we came till check out..that is the most disappointed. The little fridge also not working..

Room was clean and facing the pool. But there are some stains on my bedsheets. Ask the HK to change to new ones. Staff name Irfan the shuttle driver was friendly and attentive. Breakfast spread was decent but acceptable. Imagine at 0700am there was a Zumba session in front of my room?!! I was like seriously??? i am travelling with my 4-year-old daughter who is sleeping was disturb by these unacceptable activities during the weekend. I came down and ask the reception, and they said it is their weekend activities which i was not being told when i check in. Honestly loud music in the early Sunday morning you guys should look into it. And one more thing, i was given a late check out at 2pm as compensation for the noise issue but the hotel staffs keep calling my room through phone and again 1 staff knocking to my door requesting what time i going to check out??! I was like annoying and by 1pm i check out from the room. This is a terrible communication from the staffs and guests. I really annoyed and definitely will not stay again in IBIS Batam!

hand towel NOT provided. Bolster had no casing. Stains on chair & curtain. Plug / power connector for kettle had connection problem .

The breakfast was okay but could be better. I don't recall having much or any issues during my previous stay but this time it was not as expected. The toilet floor was abit slimy & mouldy on the sides and corners of the toilet, the leg rest for the chair was stained badly, the aircon wasn't cold enough eventhough it was set to the lowest temperature.

Clean - i have to wait for almost 2 hours for checking time, we have our key room at 14.34 indonesia time - the "guling" had not the cover - far from the food area

Clean, able to request for late check out Sometimes the corridors are quite noisy, requested for connecting room but unavailable. The breakfast choices can be improved.

Comfortable beds and clean toilets. They offer free shuttle service to certain malls. however, do inform in advance to reserve your slot and it is only 1 way drop off only. The location is good, get to majority of the popular malls and attraction within 20mins or less . There's no nearby mini Mart/convenience stores but there's a vending machine at the lobby , limited options but you could just order grab delivery if you are feeling hungry.

The mattress and pillow are quite good. The hotel comes with pool and gym and easy to access. The location is near to town area within 10 minutes drive and shutter bus is provided. The breakfast needs more options. Saw few stains on the sofa, chair and cups. The TV only got few Malaysia/Singapore or local channels, not much blockbuster movies. Hopefully it can be improved.

This hotel is shortage the staff especially when holiday period but the management did not realise that. There's a staff name YUDI he was very helpful and very polite. Been struggling doing he's job and realise he was alone on that nite. And I been delay at the lobby about 25 mnts. The wifi was very terrible, even my data better than that. When I booking to the online apps there's indicator say you have fridge the room and I find out the fridge it's not cold since that nite. When I manage tell the lobby staff they told me if you want to keep your item that cold you need tell us and will put at the kitchen fridge
