Budget Inn & Suites

It doesn’t look like much on the outside but the price was awesome and the room had a full sized fridge and an amazing AC in this hot weather! The bed was comfy and the room well maintained. Very nice overnight stay on our way to Houston!

The exterior of the building was clean, but vintage motel vibe. The rooms were immaculately clean with a full sized fridge with freezer, stove top built into the counter with cooking and eating utensils, table and chairs to eat at, and nice bathroom. Honestly nicer than most hotels in the area and a fraction of the cost. Super friendly staff! 10/10 will be back.

PJ was awesome. He personally greets you & and provides impeccable service that you don’t get anymore. Rooms are updated, clean and have everything you need. Quiet location.

The bed was not comfortable and there is only a thing blanket on top. Bring a blanket. Other than that it was great! Great staff, super clean and updated room!

I like the bed, the view, and the cleanliness Had parking, but you have to park a block away.

The motel was recently renovated and the rooms are really nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Full kitchen which is useful if you want to save money and make your own food. The owner is involved and engaging, making sure you’re happy with your stay. The property was quiet and felt safe. Recommend for any traveler.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The, wings at the bar next door were excellent, and the overall experience was just what I needed after a long day on the road.

Room was huge with kitchen area - full fridge, cooking capability & sink. The room & its facilities were immaculate The road outside & surrounding the property is bumpy & could use repaving

Room was great , ac was cold bed was comfy and everything was very clean . The Man that runs the place went beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It was just a quick overnight stop but it was nice . Thanks

The property was clean and good location. Nothing

The room looks as if it had been remodeled. The pictures and rating on the site are misleading. It looks more like a motel instead of a hotel. It also had men walking around at all hours of the night. I left around 3:30 am because I was uncomfortable.

Entrance and lobby are misleading. Great place to stay.
