Where do I start? The large clean, comfortable lobby with water and coffee available 24/7, the amazing healthy breakfast that lasts 3 hours with so many healthy choices and a hot breakfast option, the self-serve latte/espresso machine at breakfast and the hot herbal tea time at 7 pm every evening; the bright comfortable seating for lounging, breakfast or tea time is beautiful. The room offers a glass bottle to keep your filtered water in that is provided in each room! I paid $8 for a small water bottle in another hotel recently but at Element it was filtered and free! Rooms are comfortable, clean and not as well stocked as I am used to but still had the basics. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist. There is also a small essential snack and toiletry store in the lobby. Will definitely stay again when im in baton rouge overnight! The room toiletries provided lack makeup remover, etc and the scent of the soaps and lotion are not very appealing but it was ok

The kindness friendliness of all staff. So nice to be greeted no matter where you were in hotel. Bkfst was great w so much to choose from. The ladies in bkfst room were great sweet and friendly cooking eggs and other bkfst foods the way you like w a smile. I would recommend the Element to anyone traveling to Baton Rouge. Will definitely stay here again when in area. I can think of nothing.

Beautiful surroundings, it smelled good and the staff were friendly and professional. The was nothing that I didn’t like.

Clean. Staff was very outgoing and friendly. Breakfast was abundant and amenities available felt elevated. Not to fault the property, but it was filled with baseball teams who had parents that weren’t supervising their children- being loud, leaving messes, playing with the elevator, etc.
