Hotel was emacutant! Loved the personal affection in the room with my name welcoming me to the room on the TV. Only downside was the Bed. The bed was extra hard. Like no cushions or spring hard. Just a jailhouse brick bed. The pillows didn't have no fluff to them. Didnt get a great rest while sleeping. But when made the room was great!

Will visit again very soon

Pretty decent hotel we use it when we travel before sports. The distance from the field are really good and for the most part it is your average Hilton experience rooms aren't immaculate but they're good.

Clean room and friendly staff.

I went to relax. I got no rest the place was noisy every night and the people above me had a child that ran from 3 am all day. This was one of the most horrible stays i have ever experienced. I won't be going back.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. However, the shower floor was peeling and coming off on our feet when showering. Also, the room-cleaning staff took all of our used bath towels, which was good, but they didn't replenish them after cleaning the bathroom. So, we had to go down to the front desk to get the towels ourselves, which was annoying. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay.

The room I booked was junior king suite the pull out couch was dirty and had old candy wrappers in it and chip crumbs other than that pretty nice staff and decent room

We also noticed that the building had a problem with humidity that caused the walls and doors to appear to sweat. Probably mold growth i couldn't see since it was humidity all thru building. I do appreciate how pet friendly it was from the price, down to the grounds with pet bags and trash cans all around.

Everything was OK, but the shower was leaking into the hallway and when housekeeping came to clean our room one day they took our towels and didn’t replace them and we didn’t know when we want to take our shower over the next night so we didn’t have any shower, dry towels.

Our stay was great! Everything about it was great!

Building- elevator was broken, stairwell smelled of mildew Room- had a moldy smell, dirty carpet, dusty fixtures Breakfast- I paid 10$ extra during booking. Actual buffet cost $15.95 per person. Limited selection. There are restaurants next door that are a better option. Overall- I would not book this location again. There are similar priced options nearby with a better experience. Not the best representation of the Hilton brand.

The room was clean but VERY cold. I tried to turn off the air conditioning but the buttons on the unit didn't work. I had to unplug the whole thing and kept it unplugged for the durationof my stay. It never warmed up. BTW, I am a perimenopausal woman who has hot flashes/night sweats and the tip of my nose stayed cold. I slept underneath the blanket and top sheet and never swear once. The shower's hot water was merely warm. I wouldn't have minded this so much if the room had been warmer. The bed was VERY comfortable though. I had some of the best sleep I have had in weeks in that bed and the food served at the breakfast buffet was really good. I would have preferred more gluten-free options for cold cereal, though. All in all, I just might return to this hotel if I ever go back to Baton Rouge. It's literally right across the street from the airport and they have an airport shuttle that makes traveling to the site a breeze.
