When we got there it never said anything about a deposit and the night dude was kinda of rude when we got to the room there was a lizard running across the floor and the bed was hard and pillows was horrible my first impression of the hotel was what did i get i told my husband i would never get a room there again

Good experience

Even though they are transitioning with new ownership, I was amazed at the changing customer service front desk. Mr. Jimmy went for and beyond to accommodate all of me and my family needs housekeeping whenever I needed them they were there. My room was clean aside. I had one little hiccup with my door, but overall I had no problems. This is by far the best state. I’ve had there in the 3 to 4 years that I have been living. I give it a five out of five I have no Choice so if you need somewhere to stay that economical to your wallet, it’s safe clean OYO Baton Rouge

Slim beadie eye yellow skin young guy behind the counter escalated a confrontation with me over waiting in the lobby to book a room. I have booked twice before no complaints from other employees but today I guess the little guy hadn’t had his PediaSure so he was a little cranky lol I don’t mind being told to leave but his little man complex caused him to shout , and call me racial slurs while calling for aid and assistance. I was calm in the beginning and sure not to start trouble until he followed behind me outside steadily talking crap until I finally met him with the same energy he coward and had to had to call for backup to feel tough.

It have no pool in one clean and have roaches that attended at the front were very nice that's all I liked it

Staff was friendly but hotel is a little run down and I had a roach in my room. Pool is closed Bedding could've been cleaner. Overall stay is 3 stars.

Exceptional

Sadly didn’t have a great stay here. It was advertised as a hotel but it’s a motel, and it’s not in a very walkable area of town. I’m probably soft but I decided not to shower here because there was a cockroach in the shower :/

Ended up not staying here. The area is unsafe and the person at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. Took it as I sign I shouldn’t stay

No microwave, or coffee pot in the room roaches on the counter. Sheets were dirty and didn't fit the bed. I tried to pay with cash and they wanted a 50 dollar deposit and said that I would get it the next day when I checked out.

Nothing they posted on y’all website $57 and when I arrive, they said all they accept this cash that the reason I was post on the website is just a draw attention to the motel the total price was $95 Very dirty properties full of drug addicts and prostitution having my second thoughts about using Book

No breakfast. Zero Sketchy neighborhood, cash only, no lobby, had to chip ice off the freezer to get the refrigerator door closed, no cold water, mattress was pilling, no outlet covers, roaches. Laminate flooring was a plus rather than carpeting.

Disappointing

I didn’t like that they didn’t put new batteries in the door so i could swipe my card, instead everytime i came back had to go to office and they open with physical master key, having to wait for an attendant, don’t believe room was ever changed
