The location is very strategic Three at least: 1. I stayed in 7th floor just below the restaurant floor and eventhough it was already closing time of the restaurant, we still hear the sound of moving chair of the staff. 2. The kitchen team should ensure that all the food for breakfast still available until the breakfast closing time. I arrived around 1 hour before closing time and paid the breakfast but some food already empty. The staff said that they are refilling but until I left the refilling foods are not coming. We did not get what we paid for. Very dissapointing. 3. We borrow the iron but it is not clean and half of the ironing base is full with the melted clothes from previous guest. And the non-sticky layer is already ran out. The house keeping team should check first before handed over to the guest and check again when it was return. Maintain the quality is an issue.

Good location, and great service from staff Pool closes at 4pm everyday, which is inconvenient. We returned to hotel around 4 to 5 pm after a day at the theme park, and couldn’t use the pool because it closed so early

The staff was friendly and responsible So noisy at night because the music at eskala was too loud till my son can't sleep

The staff hospitality was above and beyond expectations. They were really helpful to us who travelled with elderly with mobility issue. The rooms were clean, and there were many options for breakfast.

Always pick the Indonesian food and beverage specially ‘Bubur Ayam’ and ‘Jamu drinks’. Also the softness of the bed and pillow. The worst part we don’t like was the noise from above us when the moved chair during breakfast time. We located at level 7 which located just under the restaurant. What was so disappointing was actually it just need a rubber in every leg of the chair and it only cost penny to replace a new one from time to time. We end up wake up early because it was so annoying. Also the quality and taste of the pastry not up to my standards.
