Room was directly below the convention hall where they set up the sound every morning at 7 am. Room was also quite gloomy, with little daylight.

We went for one of the villas, which was huge. The hotel has a great view over the town. The staff were extremely helpful. I would say the hotel is perhaps a little expensive for what it offers. The rooms are a little dated. The breakfast was nice, but I've had better.

Clean, big and very spacious room, Breakfast also has a wide variety to choose from, The restaurant provides a splendid mountain view and the welcome drink is fantastic. GREAT RESORT FOR FAMILY

Breakfast was reality tasty and the view was beautiful. We stayed at 4BR villa and when we got there not all rooms had towels and bit dirty. The fridge wasn't cold at all. The hot and cold dispenser was too far from power point hence we need to boil water to have hot water. We had issues with one of the toilet and shower but it was quickly repaired.

The 3-bedroom villa was located right at the top and the view was great. The air was fresh and we felt calm. The buggy service and security around the area was great. The villas could have been better maintained. A little bit run down facilities in the villas - the kettle was dusty and a bit rusty, the furniture was old and not pleasant to look at and there was no fans at all, although we are aware that the temperature is cool but fans would help keep the rooms less stuffy. The whole villa really require refurbishing and a new coat of paint would be good and welcoming. Breakfast spread was rather limited.

Fast response from thw staff. We were shocked to find a snake in our room. The staff upgraded us to a villa.

At least good value for money if you are a Caucasian as you will never get this kind of quality/price rate in Europe or in the US. Staff was bad, not on purpose of course but obviously untrained to match the level you would expect for this kind of place... a couple of examples: the receptionist made us wait 20 min until someone come to show us where was our room at basically 50m away from her. The waiter brought me back a can of the wrong drink without a glass and ice. When I asked for a glass, he left and I saw him seating like nothing happen 10min later when I finally decided to find a glass by myself. To be honest, it kind of became a running joke for us there so if you are traveling knowing what to expect and if you are not in a rush... that's not so much of a big deal I guess. Just another small point about a trick that this hotel (and many others) are using. If you look at the pictures, all the outdoors are taken by night. The reason? Night + small lights give a elegant/cozy feel to a place and help to HIDE all the small maintenance issues such as cracks and cleanliness. The place looks actually older than in the pictures.
