There is no tv channels, no hot water, if we stay a little longer, i think it will be bored..

Confortable and very clean. We appreciated the family room option. Owners are very nice and helpful. Free water and coffee. It is possible to park in front of the homestay. Convenient location very close to Jatim Park 1.

The location is on the center (nearby) of various popular tourism sites, so we could travel everywhere on those sites easily and effectively. The other good traits about this guesthouse is there are many food stalls and restaurants nearby so is not difficult to seek and buy meal or snacks. There's no basic amenities like towel, soap, shampoo and air conditioner (although AC is not necessary because the temperature in Batu area is super cold)
