The cold weather and comfortable bed The toilet is not good value as other hotel, the furniture toilet look like rotten all over look very ugly . The soap is broken all over the button it’s look like very cheap hotel. Don’t understand why no more fridge and saver box. No drink water provided. I paid more for ugly property.

Location The amenities do not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The glass wall used in the bathroom without a blind is quite inconvenient—despite staying as a family, we still require privacy. Installing a roller blind would greatly improve the experience. While reducing plastic use by eliminating plastic water bottles is a commendable initiative, providing plastic spoons contradicts this effort.

nice view,resto at the front office with reasonable price.Alot of local street food at the front of property. AC doesn't work properly,no freidge,the booking system was weird when they ask to transfer immediately otherwise they will cancelled while we have CC as guarantee.Bad vibes?

Great location, near eateries, walking distance to museum angkut, beautiful view while having breakfast,delicious breakfast spread,relaxing ambience,staffs were friendly & helpful. Breakfast spread were quick to finish & the top up was slow so you have to wait awhile for the food. Hotel need to invest new sets of towels. Our room was exactly behind the reception so my girls can hear noise during the night. Other then that we sleep peacefully as we were too tired?

Overpriced even for the pool access. We ended up paying more at this hotel than what was supposed to be the most expensive hotel in Batu.

The building is very good conditions given the average buildings in the area. Also the restaurant and sky lounge are properly decorated It’s dirty. Everywhere there is stain and dirty. The towels were dirty, the lining were dirty. The staff is very young and not able to responsibly work if not supervised

The staff were nice, but limited English The breakfast was nice The reception / restaurant was homely The location was good The place was generally not very clean Very poor soundproofing WIFI did not work We had a rodent in our room the first night and moved room the next day. The area was very noisy.

I've stayed here multiple times on many different occassions (before, during, and post-covid) and I can say that this hotel has improved so much! I love the new look on their lobby. It's open, lush, and breezy. The interior is fresher than before COVID. The staffs are also very welcoming and polite. The restaurant is also remodeled and it looks more polished now. Before COVID, there weren't much variations and the menu was rather boring. They changed the menu and provide fancier foods with more variants now, which is great. The room where I stayed was clean. No dust, fresh bed cover and blanket. I love the traditional Javanese touch on the wallpaper. It adds more flair to the interior. My stay was perfect

It was clean, the pool was quite big with a whirlpool with warm water. The breakfast was abundant and the rooftop view is beautiful as well. We took a massage at the Spa of the hotel which was also great. Mostly domestic tourists.
