Very good gym and spa facilities, great room, cleanness, stuff is very helpful. Breakfast is very tasty Internet is terrible. All the 8 days we stayed in the hotel there was no one day when internet was working. My man had unlimited georgian sim card and this is what we used. Definitely does not match the value and the describtion from the hotel and booking site

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. We will definitely be back! nothing.

Everything was perfect. They upgraded us to a suite because of my husband’s birthday, which was such a nice surprise. The hotel is amazing the rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind

Comfort hotel and great facilities, like SPA and restaurant. I will be back one day, maybe for a longer stay. Didn’t find any negative thing during my stay. Except, it’s a bit away from the city center, old Batumi. But this is not the hotel’s fault.

An amazing hotel! I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was continental with many different options to choose from. Everything was delicious and well organized. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Only 1 elevator worked the all stay it wasn't fixed very hard to carry the baby stroller 6 floors every day. There was a charge for the cappuccino in the breakfast

Helpful and friendly staff, with an amazing breakfast featuring a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The kids’ area is impressive, equipped with the latest video games and a soft play zone—perfect for families. Housekeeping services were excellent, and the reception team was kind, professional, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended! Upon arrival, the booked family room was not available, which was disappointing. The hotel initially offered a free upgrade, but unfortunately, the upgraded room was smaller than the original booking. Eventually, they resolved the issue by providing two smaller rooms, which was acceptable. the swimming pool was not clean, which was a letdown.
