The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional; among the most professional we have encountered. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location is perfect for those looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of Batumi city while still being close to everything. The beach is just a short walk away, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the area. We were disappointed by the lack of assistance when we became ill. We requested a simple hydration saline solution, but reception neither had it available nor offered help in obtaining it. For a 4-star hotel, we would expect basic medical supplies or better support for guests in such situations.

Location, excellent facilities, helpful.staff

The location is perfect, close to the beach and Batumi Botanical Garden. We liked the restaurant, and the guys working there were very attentive and proactive. The pool is fine as well as the small garden in the yard. We appreciated the cosmetics presented in the room. And the bed was very comfortable You should keep in mind that there are no 24/7 groceries around, it may be worth to have a mini bar in the room

Housekeeping staff was keeping balcony doors opened where let insects entered inside rooms . There was no support from the hotel staff even they were doing this intentionally for three times without any reason or after support - Breakfast is less than normal where few items were provided.

As a solo traveller, I spent 7 nights at the hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. A clean room, helpful managers and others working in the hotel. The breakfast was hearty enough to keep me going for hours. While it wasn’t the lavish spread you’d find at a Turkish all-inclusive resort, it was still fresh, varied, and satisfying. The location at Green Cape, 15 km outside Batumi, was a real advantage for me. I appreciated having the hotel’s own restaurant open until 11 pm — their menu was diverse, and the dishes were delicious. I also tried the nearby Green Beach Restaurant a few times and enjoyed it even more, their tasty meals paired with a beautiful sea view. Credit cards are accepted everywhere, but there are no ATMs in the area. If you need cash, you’ll have to head to Makhinjauri or Batumi. On average, I paid about 45 GEL for a filling meal. Public blue bus No. 10 passes near the Botanical Garden and runs to Batumi and Batumi Airport. I only went into the city once, using the Bolt taxi app — cheap, reliable, and the easiest way to get around. I came looking for a quiet escape — just the sea, good food, and nature — and I got exactly that. The hotel’s proximity to the Botanical Garden was a highlight. The variety of plant and tree species is not only beautiful but also makes for an educational visit. For something more adventurous, you can ride a zipline over the sea for 70 GEL inside the garden. I appreciated the hotel providing beach towels right at the entrance. The staff were always helpful, arranging taxis for guests who needed them. Overall, Green Cape was the perfect spot for relaxation, nature, and a touch of adventure — exactly the getaway I was hoping for. The hotel has a small pool, which I personally didn’t find appealing, though it might be perfect for families with children. I’m simply not the type to swim in a hotel pool when the sea is just steps away. Nothing compares to the scent of the salt air and the sound of waves — it’s a completely different vibe. Another small downside was that the Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger.

Really nice stuff and hotel
-
Weak internet connection, cleanliness of the pool and the smell of sewage in the pool which is the problem of the area not the property, not saving a parking spot for our friend who booked a parking spot while booking the room.

Nothing Unclean, tight room no space for a luggage, bad view, very small swim pool that doesn’t face anything neither the sunrise, breakfast so limited.

Location: The hotel is at the beginning of the city, very close to the Botanical garden and the Green Cape beach. It's a 2 minute walk to both! It's amazing if you're a nature lover as we are. We really enjoyed the sunset view from the terrace, the sound of the birds chirping around the hotel, and the waves of the sea that could be heard if you sit by the pool. It was mesmerizing. Staff: Hands down, one of the friendliest team we've ever seen in Georgia. All of them are super kind, friendly, willing to help and always there for you. Comfort: I'm a solopreneur working through the internet so the quality of internet plays a big deal for me. The fast and stable Wifi in the hotel was fabulous. It wasn't a booster base, it was based on several routers, assuring the speed is always high. I LOVED that. And the coverage of the simcard provider is also really good there, which allowed me to be at peace the whole time, feeling like I had a backup. Food: The restaurant had really delicious meals. We didn't really expect it to be so good. We tried different salads, burgers, pasteries and desserts. The prices match the quality of the food they deliver. We had a great saxophone night there as well with the sunset. It was a great arrangement the hotel had done. Very memorable. Very clean and quiet. We missed the hotel, the staff and the calmness we had there the moment we drove away. Are you travelling for comfort and spending leisure time? Then it's HIGHLY recommended. If you're there to constantly visit the city center, plan to be on the road for a bit, like 20-30 minutes. During the days we visited, the road was crowded. Good thing we weren't in the center to be exposed to that, but we did have to travel into the city a few times and that was slowed down by the traffic. Although the restaurant staff were always available, if I want to be really super picky, I'd recommend adding a bartender to the pool area. It would have easily made us spend a couple hundreds extra with them :)

Absolutely lovely place for recreational stay surrounded by greenery Insufficient bath kits

Quiet, green, clean, modern, spectacular views, amazing staff Breakfast was varied and fresh. However restaurant was very very expensive if you would order food a la carte.
-
I would strongly suggest to hire a different cook, the current one clearly has no idea how to make eggs, they were burned every single time we ordered, ajaruli khachapuri were a disaster considering we were in Adjara it’s not acceptable
