Piazza Four Colours

It was sometimes too noisy, and I wasn't very fond of the breakfast.

Amazing location, and lovely entertainment in the evenings ! Staff are friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious. Common areas could use a refresh of carpets, electric sockets

There was a odor issue. Bad smell was coming from bathrooms. There were mosquitoes everywhere. Staff was unfriendly and to get extra money they changed my room from single to a double which in fact there was no difference

Yes. Everything was normal. The amount was paid by us for all days upon arrival. We left two days early for certain reasons. I still haven't received 50% of the money from those two days.

Very nice property located in the center of Batumi and close to all the mains attractions. The room was good and the bed confortable. The breakast was very good with lots of choices and it is located in the 3rd floor of the tower of the piazza facing the hotel. There was a very bad sanitary smell coming from the toilet everyday.

Great location on the piazza in the old part of town, a short walk to the water. The hotel's "Irish pub", The Quiet Woman was pretty good too, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. can't think of much

Perfect location with good vibe

The location is above the piazza, and on a walking distance from the beach, surrounded by many shops and restaurants, price is good The rooms location is not convenient. The lobby is on one side and you need to go through a restaurant to get to the rooms elevator. The room itself requires some stairs too. Staff was fine but not great, we did not got blankets covers in advance. Location is a little problematic because they have daily live shows that ends at 23:30 and bar music all night.

Location Hotel was very very very dirty, even after room was cleaned it was awful. Please see added photos below Hotel staff were very very rude, they never smile, they never talk normal, you ask a question, they dont answer, dont look at you. Etc, etc, etc....

Only The location of the hotel. The reaction people are not so nice and not so helping, I ask for more blancet for my child and they ask me why you need.. you have enough. The food is the same every day!! The guys at the breakfast not smiling and act like they doing fever To add more food that finish , they don't have ice so you can drink cold drinks. The bread is dry and not teisty, old bread. This isn't 4 stars hotel reiting, it's myby 3 stars hotel. They need to improve imadiatly the hospitality of the hotel and the breakfast. In our first day their was a bad smell from the bathroom, I buy from the market below cleaning economika to remove the bad smell.
