Hotel Bel Mare

The guy at the reception (didn't get his name unfortunately) was super nice and helpfull! We came to breakfast close to the end and didn't like it very much.

Smooth booking and check in process, the place was clean, very central location and easy to find, good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect and convenient for everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great value for the money quiet location

None The hotel was very disappointing. There were no staff to help with the luggage, and the entrance was inconvenient with stairs that made it difficult to carry bags. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and there were insects throughout the hotel.

The breakfast very poor after 10 o’clock no food available. We go to have our breakfast at 10 Am . And she told us the lady . No more food available. And we don’t eat that day and we don’t have our breakfast. The lighting was not working well, and the air conditioning was unstable. I don’t recommend family to stay home n this hotel . Not good service at all . There was a rude employee who almost overcharged us. His name was Nicky. He was very rude to us and would shout at us. I was talking to him and saying, “My dear brother.” He responded angrily, “I am not your brother. It was our last night and we will not be visiting them again because of this disrespectful employee.” My family and I were there and we spoke to him with kindness and respect, but he was raising his voice to us and did not want to listen to us.

The location was perfect only - The receptionist didn’t meet us , we was standing in front of him and he didn’t even look at us until we spoke to him .. - we booked a room with bidet he said no room available and if u want u need to pay more 50 lari !!!! We refused and told him we already paid in booking. Suddenly he said ok there’s available room !!!!! - The sheets towels need to be changed to a new ones - the hotel less than 4 stars ..

The location, location, and location again. It's located in the heart of the city, 5min walk to the beach (Ali & Nino statue), and in the middle of the beautiful small streets of Batumi with its cute shops and wonderful restaurants. The entrance of the hotel is a bit depressing

Here you will meet Saba on reception, he is very helpful and very good guy, he helped us, he smiles every time we enter in Hotel.

Exceptional

A very nice hotel! Everything was fine! The room was very clean! Perfect location in the center of Batumi. The receptionist was very helpful and kind and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was not ready at the agreed time

Hotel on the old boulevard. It has a good price and a good comfort of stay. There was always someone at the reception. The hotel provided breakfast in the price of the stay. It was clean and comfortable. Two things. There was no coffee at breakfast, it appeared only after I intervened. Breakfast was served by two grumpy women who sat on the sidelines and watched the guests as if they were going to steal something. That was strange. The second thing was that I did not receive an invoice for my stay at the reception, although I reported that I wanted one. I was told that I should write an email to the hotel about it. That was also strange - after all, I reported that I wanted an invoice when making the reservation, so I expected one to be there for me, not waiting at the reception when checking out.
