Location was great! In the center of old city!

The best location! In the heart of Old Batumi, steps away from Batumi Piazza. Huge selection of nearby restaurants and bars. Super friendly and accommodating hostess. You cannot get a better stay in Batumi for the price of this hotel.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was well-prepared and nicely presented, making it a perfect start to the day. The hotel’s location is also a big advantage—conveniently situated close to the beach, restaurants, and main attractions, making it easy to explore Batumi. Overall, a very pleasant stay with both comfort and convenience.

Overall, it is a good, clean and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent. The shower curtain was somewhat uncomfortable to use. It kept sticking to my body while I was showering, which made it uncomfortable, and water kept leaking onto the floor, making it slippery.

The place is very well located, just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions and the cable car. The owner was extremely helpful, and Tina speaks outstanding English, which made communication easy and smooth. Everything was perfectly organized, and checking in late was no problem at all. I would strongly recommend staying at Tina’s place!

Only 2 small mineral water was there available, no tea bag no coffee no more water. And I think it's a bit expensive

I have traveled there with group of friends, for an ocasion. We took several rooms, the biggest room on top is the nicest, with great veranda. Sheets were super clean. Each room has a balcony, which is amazing for smokers. Location was amazing, everything in an old town to a walking distance! Towels can be changed, thankfully i had my own. Door locks are also outdated.

Well located in the older part of Batumi, walking distance to the beach, parks and museums. Quite and pacefull at night. Balcony in the room overlooking a picturesque yard and roofs of other buildings and churches was great. The hotel should put in the text that there are no elevators. The staff was very helpfull with the baggage though.

The staff was super helpful and nice, the room is an excellent value for money. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooms are not completely soundproof so it can happen that you hear your neighbors

The location was excellent as you are footsteps away from the Batumi Piazza. There is a small fruit stand on the corner, bars and cafes along the road. We visited the cafe next door who served great coffee and food. We went both days that we were there. Additionally, attached to the cafe is a nice little crafts/artisan shop- CASH only but you can really find some unique souvenirs for yourself and gifts.
