The beds are not comfortable, location isn’t easy to find, there is no elevator if you have luggage although they help still it’s difficult as it’s a 3rd floor stairs facility as well internet service was not working.

Owners and son were very friendly and helpful. The description and available features were incorrect a lot, which reduced their rating. Just correcting the listing would work fine so that what was described actually existed. Despite what the listing stated, There was no restaurant. The owner was available to cook breakfast. There is no on-site bar. WiFi was weak or non-existent in my room. No room telephone No snack bar, bar, or minibar No picnic area, barbecue, BBQ facilities, or terrace. Facility was near the beach but not beachfront. My unit was supposed to have "sea view." The room instead overlooked another building that blocked the view other than a tiny section of the sea behind many obstructions. Owners did not speak English. Any requests of the owners had to go through their son via text. Son spoke English. This was much more an Airbnb than a hotel, with owners' apartment on second floor and guest apartments on third.

Incredibly convenient location. Near literally everywhere. ⁰ Very quiet street; great pillow. Excellent sleep. Spacious room. Big bathroom. Nice decoration. Unstable wifi. Damp & smelly entrance. Complete lack of English until Ilya showed up. More light is needed in the bathroom: the lamp above the mirror should be fixed. A bed-cover could be nice. (Instead of a bed sheet used for that purpose.)

Great location, nice big room, clean and pleasant. The first floor smells of mold, there is no elevator, so you need to drag all the belongings to the third floor

It's very close to all attractions. The host was not able to speak or understand English. The room never cleaned once we checked in. There was no drinking water provided in subsequent days. Only provided on the 1st day. The closest was stinking because, it was filled with old bedsheets. No toiletry items were provided.

If art & history intrigues you then it's the perfect place for you. We loved the vintage vibe of the house. Very friendly and warm hosts. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great restaurants around! Overall we had a great stay here! The view from the window is not scenic.

Queen Batumi is in a great location, accessible to all the things we wanted to do within a short walk (museums, wonderful restaurants, shopping, the beach and boardwalk, the beautiful central park to name a few) and the warm welcome of the family who run this beautiful hotel. It is small which makes your stay feel very personal. We enjoyed the abundant and delicious breakfasts in a huge, beautiful dining room served in an elegant and gracious style. Staying here was remarkable because of the history and sumptuous quality of the antique furnishings, like entering the regal past in a modern day world. Everything worked, was really clean, nice beds, and a beautiful bathroom. They even had a cone in the street to save a parking space in crowded Batumi. Once we parked our rental car, we walked everywhere. Not a city we wanted to drive in if we could help it, so the location was a big plus.
-
stylish house of former city mayor (high rank communist as pictured on the wall though) The breakfast, advertised as exceptional, was pathetic. Worst of all we had in Georgia! except a few cherries and a small pear there was old bread (but no butter or jam or anything), warm luncheon meat with warm rice, canned olives, canned tomatoes and canned peppers. plus cup of tea or coffee.

Great place, owners speaking fluently Russian and English (son of the owners). Great location. Owner's flat is on the second floor. Very big rooms There is no possibility to pay by card.
