Reception is beautiful and the lobby area is a great mix of western and local culture, you can find even a Georgian "Kvevri" in the middle of the lobby as well as other intricate decorations .We checked in at night and rooms had a soft light, prefcet after long day of travel. They have perfect terrace to take good instagram pictures on the magnificent views of Batumi

The location and view are excellent, and the rooms are spacious. Housekeeping never came for three full days. I complained to the reception four times, but nothing was done. In the end, I had to change my room myself. Cleanliness is extremely poor, and management is careless and unprofessional.

Only the view is nice here The hotel is clearly very old and poorly maintained. The room was dusty and cleanliness was lacking. The front desk staff during checkout was completely indifferent. I do not recommend this place at all.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing, with issues starting even before we got to our rooms. We booked two rooms, and both experienced similar problems. A significant concern was that we didn't receive the confirmed room types we had ordered. Upon arrival, we were told our rooms weren't ready, leading to a 90-minute wait before we could check in. Before getting our keys, we were also asked to sign a document stating that if we left the hotel early, we would be charged an additional night as a cancellation fee. This policy felt quite unusual and a bit concerning. Once in the rooms, we found several issues. The carpet was visibly dirty with stains, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that dripped onto the toilet. Despite asking multiple times, our rooms were not cleaned at all during our 5-day stay, even after staff had promised to do so. We also noticed holes in the walls, and the air conditioning only worked intermittently, which made the rooms uncomfortable at times. The walls seemed very thin, as we could easily hear other guests, including sounds from their bathrooms. Outside the rooms, the pool area lacked basic amenities. There were no options for drinks or food, no towels available, and no lifeguards on duty. Breakfast was also a letdown, with a small selection and cold water for the coffee. Overall, the numerous issues we encountered made for a far less enjoyable stay than we had hoped for.

Located in a quiet area, away from the hustle of the beach, a very well equipped hotel. With a very nice pool, big welcoming rooms, good room service, excellent shower, very good breakfast, snooker and pingpong tables, we had a spa bath in the room it was great. Some of the facilities were old , but overall great place
