Staff super friendly Breakfast Rooms are old

No laundry service for long stays. Pool use is only for hotel guests-- cannot purchase day passes for nationals. I'm a foreigner who came to visit a friend and they weren't allowed in the building, it disrupted my stay and I would have chosen a hotel where we could share a day or two by the pool during the heat.

The breakfast has too many cakes and little fruits!

O café da manhã excelente. Dentro da proposta e promessas do hotel, supera as expectativas.

Breakfast was amazing. All food was fresh and delicious—lots of fruits, cakes, cheeses, and hams. Juices were naturally made every day. The scrambled eggs and sausage gravy were delicious. Best breakfast I have found in a Hotel. We had no bad experience at this hotel.

I like internal swimming pool. Location is close to shopping mall & Sunday market. Breakfast is acceptable, but there are too many sweet cakes. I'd like to ask to add more dishes, as meats, ham & eggs.

The shower is something for acrobats. You have to climb into the jet bath tub, which is a sitting tub with a step, to switch on the water, which pours down on you as soon as on, no other option. Caipi from hotel bar was the worst I ever had in Brazil...
