The staff was the most valuable part of our stay. We paid €140 for what was supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but it felt more like a neglected hostel. Outdated facilities, poor maintenance, dust in the bathroom and a terrible breakfast made it a real disappointment. This was meant to be the last night of our trip, and instead of ending on a high note, it left us with frustration and regret. Strongly advise avoiding this place.

nice neighborhood, nature, weather Check-in time was 15:00, but we weren’t allowed to check in as the rooms were not ready. We were finally checked in around 16:00. No compensation was offered—not even a coffee, water, or an apology. In the room, there was no kettle for tea. A coffee machine was available, but the coffee capsules were only provided on the first day. For the next three days (we had two rooms), no additional capsules were supplied.

The location is great; it is very close to the lake and restaurants. Parking is available, including in the underground garage (extra payment). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hot chocolate in the bar was very good and also breakfast was good. NA

The hotel is very close to the ferry that will take you on the lake, within walking distance away. Staff at the Hotel were very helpfull giving us tips to avoid motorway on our way to Como. Breakfast was very good too. The room had no kettle to make some coffee and beds could be better. Other than that we really liked our stay there.

Amazing Views over the Lake. Laura was amazing and very helpful. Secure parking for both cars and Motorbikes. Great restaurants nearby.
