It's such an elegant hotel in Bayan Lepas. Although we didn't avail of any food-related services, we walked around the buffet area and found it really exceptional. The views and the overall feel is great. Sorry if this may sound unfair as we only stayed in the area for a night. I'm not sure if this area is connected to great local shops, stores, and walking areas. I only base this on my checking of Google Maps. The hotel is a taxi-ride away to malls, for example. Not a big fan of the in-room nutmeg candy, you might want to give us alternatives :P

Beds uncomfortable, no mini bar, musty smell in room. Bar by pool closed. Slow check in, bitten by by bed bugs , had bites on my back next morning.

The staff is really nice and the rooms were comfortable. I was given a room upgrade with a special needs bathroom when upon arrival the staff saw that I had had an accident and was bound to a wheelchair. Unfortunately I couldn’t make use of the pool area.

Room was nice, bar was relaxing as was pool. Breakfast was phenomenal, but if you left table to get more food they would clear everything even personal items..very weird. Walkable to Spice Pisa market which has good selection. Some staff at check in/out counter were cold and not welcoming. It’s a bit far from action and given traffic it can be a pain even with affordable ride shares.

I don't think I could write enough good things about this hotel. We booked this because of the proximity to the hospital as my mother was there, but we would come back for the amenities (the pool is amazing, the gym is huge), the food (everything they make is delicious) and the overall kindness and compassion of the staff. They went above and beyond and made the best out of a bad situation. We will never forget them! Thank you for everything!

The breakfast taste is at most 3/5 especially for Malay local cuisine, need to have more variant The kids pool will be good if have more slides or water spray for the kids

The rooms had such a luxurious feel to them and they were exceptionally clean and well thought of the little details. The staff make you feel very welcome and answer your questions really well. Its a great location for the conference centre and they have great amenities. However, the bed was just too hard. At a hotel you expect some level of cushyness. You want the bed to be firm but not rock hard. I woke up sore the next day. Was just the only thing that ruined it for me. Just did not sleep well and woke up feeling like I had been hit sadly.
