Scottish Inn and Suites Extended Stay Baytown

The stairwell smell like urine. Often times the stairway would be dark! They advertise breakfast and it was just packaged muffin tops and mini honeybuns. This place didn't feel safe for a solo female traveler. Often times they're wasn't anyone at the front desk. One day I didn't see anyone at the desk at all. After all you pay for what you get!!

Location The bed sheets were dirty with stains and had hair all over it. There was a hole in the ceiling directly over the bed. Water or something was leaking out of it. Disgusting and the couch has nasty stains. I requested to have a different room which was granted to me.

Rooms are spacious and beds. Very nice 👌

Nothing I paid for a room on booking .com and at arivel I was declined a room even though i reserved and paid for the room severely hrs ahead of time I think and be leave I was denied cause I had fave tattoos and I was white cause they took my money thru booking and now they tell me contact booking don't u think they should have to return my money or furnish me a room so honestly there is nothing I like because I never received the room for the day no matter booking nor the Scottish inn has returned the money or done any thing about this robbery..... You know if I did something like this I would of handed they money back as fast as I received it how are they above the law also I would be in jail for this scam probly for yen yrs or so I would never ever trust this room or any other motel inn or suite that the Scottish inn is involved with so this motel will take your money right along with booking. Com o still want my money and demand to have this fixed I paid and don't do robbery or have I stole from any one and something should be done They stopped my money thru a loop hole with booking cause they both bounce me and my questions by blaming each other never re funding me my money

It was very nice and comfortable for us to stay To actually charge the customer what is quoted on booking.com not tell them that they’re added fees when you get to the location even though they have your confirmation laying right in front of you, but they still won’t charge you that price

Did not get breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but I realllly enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the price was great for what i got in my opinion. They clean for you and get you more towels and such without asking, every woman i met there was super nice and hardworking. The area is not bad at all for the price either TV was a little meh at times but streaming services are getting so expensive so I get it. Can't complain about anything else at all

Place needs to be updated and definitely needs a super deep clean. Definitely wouldn't recommend because there's way cleaner hotels for the same price if not cheaper. The location is very good because everything is around it and walking distance but the owner could do a better job taking care of his hotel. Maybe hire better cleaning staff
