the room was very nicely decorated, comfy, and large. Beautiful view of the bay. The grounds were nice with the fire-pit across from the bay. Many restaurants were within walking distance, which was very convenient. Nice and quiet area also. The doors were hard to open, but as we were leaving a repair was being done on them. The handles lift the opposite way so it took a little figuring out in the beginning.

Accommodations are clean, spacious, and well located. BEST breakfast! I will definitely return again and again.

The breakfast was wonderful! Enjoyed our stay, loved the chairs outside and firepit! There could of been a tv in the living room, but other than that the room was very comfortable

Very spacious with a pretty view of the bay. Treats in the lobby were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is a pretty spot. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was very limited with very slow service. The walls in our room are quite thin and we could hear the shower or coughing etc of rooms on each side. The hot shower went tepid a couple of times. There was a strange mechanical humming from the attic area that kept us awake one night.

We planned a deep sea fishing trip that week and needed a place to stay. We found this hotel on booking.com. the room is very clean and having a kitchen is very accommodating for us because we get tired of eating out while on vacations. Having access to the lobby after hours is also a big plus because we forgot to pack water bottles and was able to get them for our fishing trips the next morning. One minor suggestion is the water flow from the shower head is very weak. Maybe replace this shower head with one that permits stronger flow? Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this inn.

Upgrade compensation for our originally reserved room being renovated was a nice perk. Access to extra towels, bottled waters, snacks and wines in the evening was really nice and appreciated.

The location and value are excellent. Free wine and snacks in afternoon and fruit and cookies, etc always in lobby. Hotel fronts Morro Bay with views of Morro Rock. Montana de Oro Sate Park with awesome bluff walk is few minutes drive to the south and the lovely unique Elfin Forest is a couple of blocks to the north. Good food and drink are only steps away from hotel. Our comfortable room did have a step up to sleeping area which we managed, but ask about other rooms if that is a concern.

the exterior and location was excellent the breakfasts were incredible the furniture, carpets, bathroom were very dated and heavily used. couch was torn in places. carpet bubbled and old. The toilet seat was too small for toilet.
