Pecan Tree Inn

Nice B&B 12 block off the main strip. Breakfast was excellent both days with indoor and outdoor seating opportunities. There are plenty of great food opportunities within walking distance. We happened on a rum bar with an awesome one man band. This is a great little southern town with lots of things to do. The inn is perfectly positioned to access anything you want. We parked the car for 3 days and never got back in till we left. They have great little quiet garden area with a little man made pond. We will definitely go again.

The location was great - easy walking distance to the water. The staff were very nice. I loved the communication by text - it made things very easy and clear. The inn had a lot of nice touches, such as an outdoor patio with a fish pond and bird feeders on the property. The bed was a little hard.

The Inn is very nice, with beautiful porches, a nice backyard, and plenty of nice indoor spaces to hang out. Our bedroom suite was large, sunny, and very comfortable. The bathroom was updated, and really well equipped. The breakfasts were a surprise, gourmet meals fit for any foodie! Excellent location. Highly recommended!

This was the best spot we could’ve picked for our first bed and breakfast experience. We’d never done the B&B thing before, and now we’ve got a new favorite to add to our list. Already told my parents it’s the best place to stay in Beaufort. Everything’s within walking distance—restaurants, shops, the ferry. The place was super well maintained. I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend, and they had a cheese board, wine, and flowers waiting in the room. They also had a nice wine selection on site. Breakfast was amazing—definitely didn’t leave hungry. Coffee was always available, plus a great variety of teas. The staff gave great recommendations on what to check out around town. It had this peaceful, tucked-away feel but was still just minutes from downtown. Overall, just a really relaxing and memorable stay. I could not find anything wrong sorry

Large room and bathroom, spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and great pillow. Breakfast was delicious and host friendly. Great location with restaurants right across the street, everything in walking distance.

Location was good ... short walk to shops, restaurants and museum. Bed very comfy with high quality sheets. Daily breakfast was great.

Breakfasts were EXCEPTIONAL ! Each breakfast was very different, tasted great, and very complete…coffee, juices, fruit, etc.etc.etc. Gardens were very nice, lot of outdoor sitting options, location-only a block off the waterfront, bathroom-deep soaking tub, open shower, etc. Stan (owner/host) was GREAT…friendly, engaging, helpful with restaurant recommendations… It was hard to come up with something we didn’t like, but being picky, we would have liked different bed pillows…there were plenty (4), but all the same…even with just the two of us, we differ in terms of the kind of pillows we like and their different support.

The host and hostess were most accommodating. Service is awesome.

The location was perfect. You could walk to the shopping, restaurants, and the waterfront easily. Breakfast was delicious and plated so elegantly. The mattress on the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

Comfortable bedding. Enjoyed the free bikes to ride around. Breakfast was great! Our family enjoyed sitting down together at the large table every morning.
