The wi-fi was not working. The water glasses are more like children toys and I had issues of mixing my effervescence medication.

most people drawn to the hotel because of Jo's diner although I found the meals underwhelming and overpriced, some ingredients not available but not explained to the customer until queried. I was charged R35 for a tonic water. I requested fresh milk for my room coffee and was told not possible as there was no fridge in the hotel. No possibility of ordering a single coffee at the restaurant, only availability is bottomless coffee for R45.00

The room was having some smell, it was diffent room compare to the one for last year very small to go to the bathroom,if you are it's a problem, the shower was not comfortable, the fiber class floor was not good at all, I'm not sure if I will book there again, and no one is helping with your baggage to the stairs.

The rooms The noice throughout the night. And the poor service at the restaurant. With such poor service, they should allow one to order from somewhere else. And enjoy ones food in the room.

The friendliness of the staff from the security guy to the reception We found half a roll of a toilet paper and had to go and ask for another one. Almost broke a leg when leaving on my way to my car parked at the back. Two ladies were mopping and there is a steep ramp which was almost a disaster as my wife had to chase her suitcases and I slipped behind when catching up to her

Aircon was not working. No accessible mirror for doing hair& Make up. ( no mirror in room at dressing table and mirror in the bathroom too high to be able to see into it.
