Bold Arms

Comfortable room with kitchenette and generous bathroom. Great to have two chairs provided. There was no view, but we weren't expecting one. It is a pub but there was a lot less noise than we would have expected (actually it was never a problem).

Absolutely delightful atmosphere! The rooms are very clean. You do have to climb the stairs to get to your room, but that is common with pub accommodation and not a bad mark on the location.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was excellent clean very comfortable everything you need. Pleasant friendly pub. In a lovely place 2 mins from the sea, excellent.

It would have been nice to open the windows but because it's a period property with beautiful original windows, we couldn't.

Location was good Bit loud on the Saturday night with the karaoke but was informed prior to the date in which we booked but didn’t expect it to be so loud after a strenuous days visiting local places.

Staff were all lovely and friendly. We were told karaoke was on but didn't expect it to be so loud. Waited an hour for breakfast.Shower wouldn't stay in holder.

Hannah was lovely nothing to much trouble amazing stay ❤️ and the rest of the staff where so friendly. Welsh cakes in the room to and also a fan which when you are menopausal is fantastic thank you for a truly lovely stay a hidden gem xx

Accommodation was good with a large comfy bed, en-suite bathroom and fridge, microwave and kettle. The fridge had fresh milk and bottled water supplied. There was even a cupboard with 2plates, dishes and cutlery! We had a small cooked breakfast which was plentiful at an extra charge but well worth it. We will be back!

Rooms were very well designed, comfortable, modern and light. The little extra touches like proper milk in a fridge for your brew was nice. Staff were friendly, helpful and happy to accommodate and offer advice/suggestions. Food at breakfast was outstanding and the evening menu was varied and tasty. Only thing missing was a hairdryer.

The room was comfortable and the hotel in a good location in the town.. Good shower although shower head won't stay pointing the right way. Arrived to find a major private function ongoing -a wake so couldn't book in till later. Because of the private function the restaurant was closed in the evening -one of the prime reasons for booking this hotel . The room was over the bar so noisy. Point is if they told us about the wake and no food we might have chosen to go elsewhere

We had a great stay at the Bold arms, staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing to much trouble, large clean room with table and chairs, very dog friendly, our room was above the bar , we could hear a bit of noise but nothing to intrusive, but we had earplugs just incase, will definitely stay again.

Room spotless, well organised, very comfy bed and pillows, slept well. Tea & coffee in room, also mini fridge with water & milk. Toilet & shower all looked new, nice big shower & guest toiletries.

The room was lovely, clean and had lots of extras, fridge and microwave, kettle, utensils and a selection of nice tea, coffee and biscuits, including a pack of Welsh cakes which was a nice touch, water and fresh milk in the fridge too. The staff/owners were sociable and made sure we had all we needed. I expected more noise to say we were in a pub but although there was noise on the Saturday, it wasn’t too much and didn’t go on too late. To be honest if I hadn’t had a bad tummy we’d have been out ourselves! Breakfast was amazing, good produce and cooked beautifully and there was plenty, and the prices were very reasonable indeed. Beaumaris is a lovely place and the Bold Arms is situated centrally. I can’t fault it at all, oh, there was also a tower fan in the room for if it was too warm which was lovely at night as the heating had been on, (which was also lovely when we’d been out in the cold). I can’t fault it at all, it was wonderful, maybe the only thing which I could comment on is that the double bed had two single mattresses so we had to avoid the crack in the middle but for our stay of three days we didn’t mind it too much.

We found the bold arms a pleasure to stay at. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and everyone was very warm and welcoming. The food was rather delicious to ?. I would most definitely stay here again it is exceptional all round. I don't have a negative it was really excellent.
