the entire building were saturated with weed smoke young male laying in the hallway I felt unsafe I will never stay there again

My room was very clean and it was updated every day with new towels and my bed was made very nice. The front desk was very friendly. I don’t remember her name, but she was very sweet and always had a smile on her face.

The outside of the property was fine but as soon as you walk in there’s trash on the floor in the hallways, the check in desk was cluttered, & I was given the wrong room number. Also the elevator door barely works. This is a place I would NEVER stay again.

I like that the room was clean but the air conditioning was making noise and barely got any sleep because the room up above they was walking all night long and the dogs was barking all night. 2nd floor is where I slept at

Nasty too many homeless people hanging around and in the building

The rooms were very clean, the TV was clear , the beds were comfortable. I lost a very expensive key and the front desk was very nice when I asked about it they had it and gave it to me. Yes it's a good place to stay.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The outside noise late at night from guests.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel gave our reservation to another guest because we had the same last name, then told us we had already checked in. This could have been avoided by verifying our ID or confirmation number. The front desk employee was rude, didn't take responsibility, and wasn't upfront about the mistake. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience.
