Studio 6 - Beaumont, TX

They are still retaining my security deposit after 5+ days. I found an old Starbucks coffee cup in the fridge, there was no remote control, and a lot of homeless people roamed the property at night.

It was much nicer than expected pool was veryyyy clean rooms were clean staff was amazing it was quiet and price was reasonable. Will most def be back

The property was quite and easy to access The room I was in was in the bad of the property and the doors seal around the door was missing so I hit a few bugs in my room

The air conditioning worked great! But they do need to invest in the rooms a bit more but overall it’s was good

I have never booked online when I did i was told they would charge till I check out time when I arrived around 11 they let me know i needed a deposit which I didnt have and they suggested I go to motel 6 so I went outside got back on the booking site and realized the it was the same place after i booked a room somewhere else they then said we'll we can switch u to motel 6 this is something they should have said to begain with but no. Then at 2 am in the morning they charged me again for the second rm when it was just supposed to be moved over and then acted like it wasnt there fault

First room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke

Excellent service , staff was amazing to me my whole time , room was but comfortable

We got put out they kept our money and threaten to pull in jail told us to leave

I was told the pool was opened by guy checking me in but night manager told to get out the pool because they did not have a permit

I do admit being alarmed at having to interact with a staff person by way of a monitor instead of with a real person. The man was professional, well dressed, and "dry" (not friendly nor welcoming). I was also alarmed that a $100 deposit was required; and when I paid it, the monitor man could not provide a reciept for my cash. That caused me some anxiety for a while. But the following day, i found a real person in the lobby who was friendly and welcoming. He returned the $100 deposit. Since no one checked my room for damage or theft before returning the money, i wondered what the purpose was for holding that much deposit. Neverthless, i recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and amenities.

The staff I tried to cancel my reservation but they wouldn't let took my money all cause I didn't have 100 dollar deposit they tell you nothing about til you get to the actual location and the staff is very rude take a long time just to acknowledge that you're even at the counter then talk to you like you're bothering them or getting on their nerves

Good overall location even with the construction by the entrance Not as clean as I would of liked it to be

Quiet and affordable Pool hasn’t passed inspection yet but they are working on it

Price, and a kitchen Bathroom floor needed attending, tub had hair from previous occupancy.
