The pool was cool

The whole place is ran down. The WORST part was that there was no hot water. I paid for a jacuzzi suite and couldn't even use it. I had to take a cold shower before going to work. I talked with the GM on sight and she brushed me off like it was no big deal. I want a refund.

Lock failed twice and battery had to be replaced. Breakfast was a joke. Very little for people if not there by 6 am. Paper in toilet didn't fully flush. Smelled smoking in the hall the last night i was there. Fire alarm went off at 11 that night. Told all this to front desk and asked for some sort of compensation. Said since I booked thru a third party, I was SOL!

Had bedbugs wouldn’t return refund

I’m from Dallas Texas and I was visiting ALONE so I could be there for my daughters Master Graduation and I had made reservations at this hotel upon arrival and ohhh so tired and sleepy from a long drive when I went to check in the attendant stated that they could not take my temporary DL paper permit that they give you upon renewal and you have to carry it until the DL card arrives well the attendant did not help me at all and cared less about an elderly woman being outside with no where to go but as a son father person did he try to help me kept saying the policy he didn’t try to go that extra mile for great customer service but I’m sure he will be in this situation and I hope and pray he is treated worser than he treated a paying elderly mother in need never again Beaumont spook town old drug infested area and hotel next time I will do better in my research but God took care of me and I did find somewhere safe to lay my head and prepare for an awesome day because one monkey don’t stop no show and when one door closes God will open the right door and he did and I made it back safe and sound to my hometown Dallas Show some love Texas !!!! And sir you know who you are ✌

Very nice room! Spacious, neat and clean. Relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff! Will book again

This hotel is old but it makes up for that by being so friendly and accommodating. Me and kids really enjoy staying here.

Could have been better rooms were hot

All around rude. Told me I couldn’t stay here but couldn’t even provide a reason why even tho IVE never stayed there. Took my money and hasn’t gave it back yet. All around horrible experience. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to be out $200

The staff do an excellent job maintaining an older hotel. Its not the best or the worst but if you do get the jacuzzi room its a very comfortable experience.

Very out dated and not very clean. The WiFi did not work. Said breakfast was included only had grab and go snacks

Mostly clean, did not service room daily, no coffee pot in room- fortunately I travel with my own. it is just really really old - not really what I am used to. but the money I had to spend was acceptable- felt fairly safe- no breakfast- so very minimal

Quiet area. Clean pool The hallway carpet was a little dirty would use some cleaning but over all the service and rooms were great.
