We returned from a party at 9:45 pm and the room felt like a heat wave when we opened the door. So, I went down to the check in and no one was there again. John was valet parking cars - he asked if we had the shades closed all afternoon. I told him I don’t know since we arrived at 4:15 pm then changed clothes and went to a party. The AC thermostat was set to 67 and max fan but there was no cold air blowing. He said he could go get a fan but it would take 10 minutes. Yawn! The drawers in the room won’t stay closed. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. We suffered through one night but won’t ever go back there again - even if it was free. Buyer beware!

Very close walk to the Village that had great shopping and restaurants.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Landscaping and path to the resort was lovely No place to park your car on your own. Forced to use valet parking at a $35 daily rate. Ugh!

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Parking fee of $35 a day is a bit steep plus the valet tipping is a bit excessive.

Their sustainability efforts on top of the fact that CO is in the middle of a drought. If you don’t have a car, the Village Connect shuttle and Core Transit buses made it easy to get around Beaver Creek, Avon and Vail. There is a massive coffee/tea station set up on the third floor so there’s no need to use the keurig in your room. Most everyone travel with water bottles now, so there’s a fancy water refill station by the front desk where you can get flavored water, sparkling water, hot water, etc. Love the little details like sunscreen by the lobby elevators in case you forgot and needed some. Granola bars in lobby baskets in case you needed a little pick me up. Summer is prime time for renovations. The central air in our room was not working, but they had fitted the room with a portable a/c unit. Had an extremely relaxing time here and would choose this resort again if I ever return. Was here for a wedding. Nothing really.

Very good views, valet only parking felt restricted, decor of rooms/lobby felt a bit dated. Overall a great stay

Yo renté coche para moverme por Beaver Creek, Avon, Edwards y Vail, y me pareció perfecto para explorar toda la zona con facilidad. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí. Un excelente lugar para disfrutar de Colorado en verano. 🌲🏔️
