I encountered a “couple” of issues, we arrived Saturday after noon ,we went out and come back late, when we were ready to sleep, have rented a room for 3 adults, king size bed and a sofa bed, room 222 has a small semi round sofa with a very thin mattress, there was no bedding for it, no sheets, no pillow, no blanket, I tried to call front desk pressing zero and sounded like they picked it up and then a music came up, total of 5 times, no one would say can you wait or anything? I then called from my cell phone, this time they answered and put me on hold , when the man answered he said there was no bedding! I told him I needed it! He put me on hold and finally he told me he have found one but I had to go and get it. Really? He sent me 2 sheets and a thin bedspread only. No pillow or blanket. That sofa is supe uncomfortable! You can not sleep in it, you feel the metal bars on your back! I ended up putting it on the floor to sleep some! The TV does not connect with the remote unless you are a genius and know too many tricks to just watch something on it, and when you turn it on and off, makes a very loud sound, it woke up my family! Today I just called to see why $40 are coming out just today from my account, after waiting for a long time, the woman told me is for incidental charges and should go back, I was asking her so is it going to be deposited back and why was this not charged on Saturday when we arrived? She hung up on me! I will think twice before booking them again.

I didnt get to try the breakfast but i heard her burritos were amazing ! Jenny made me the best wings quesadilla guacamole aioli and drinks ever, she really took care of me and made sure i was hydrated ! The staff was very attentive, they made sure i didn’t need anything and answered calls right away ! They make sure to have fresh water and cups out when you arrive to the hotel so you can be refreshed ! My bed was made , my room was clean , i had a minor issue with the bathroom which i fixed myself so i’m not complaining ! They have a good snack selection and drink selection. It’s a good location to be at , minutes away from restaurants and the airport no longer than 10. On my last day there, the driver transported me to the airport making sure i was okay !! I’m definitely coming back to stay again , i was skeptical at first due to reviews but it was definitely laid back and lowkey. Parking is near the elevators, i def recommend parking after you get your room key so you’ll be directly at the elevators bc it’s a good walk lol. Or just get your steps in. House keepers also does come every morning, they’ll make sure you don’t need anything either !!!

Nice place to stay before flying out of DFW. Lots of restaurants a short drive or walk from the hotel.

The room I got on 07-30:26 The AC was not working and the hot water in the shower was working so I was very disappointed. I spoke to the front desk manager and he said that he was gonna speak to one of the manager . I can have someone call me thanks

Great Nothing

Just real nice rooms and clean and good value, everything we need for a 3 days stay, my mother worked for Marriott and retired after 30 years there, so I might be biased, but I did pay full price and I loved the stay, Marriott is my favorite hotel and it keeps earning my trust again and again.

This is a really good hotel to use for an overnight stay while traveling. I did after traveling far to Arizona and the beds were super comfortable.
