Big rooms, clean, supportive staff. Very few chairs in the lobby, even its big there is just few places to sit when waiting... this is just a hint for impovemnt but definetly not a "bad" comment.

Very nice, good forniture. large room (a suite), good breakfast. No English spoken at all, "western" restaurant closes if no/few costumers.

The staff were very helpful in English. Helped me find food halls, a pharmacy and with a taxi There was an issue on checkin where booking.com didn't communicate that I had already paid. This was resolved the next day

It was a pleasure for us to stay in celebrity international grand hotel. It offers much more service than we expected. And the staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially Cao Wenlong 曹文龙and Xu Jian徐践. Would definitely love to come back again, highly recommend!
