I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Beijing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially our manager Vincent who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Beijing. The staff are friendly and helpful. They took the initiative to refill more bottles of mineral water for us. The breakfast can be improved.

The staffs were so helpful especcially Zhi Qiang (hope i spelled correctly) and the guys at the door helped with taxi bookings a lot. Carpet and room wallpaper very old and seemed bit dirty. Outdate facilities. Was different from 4 star hotel in Shanghai. Metro station is far from the hotel so only taxi transportation is convinient from/to hotel. Or need to be familar with local bus lines which is closer than the metro.

Good hotel with excellent location, about 25 km km from the airport Shoudu, very close to the Zoo and the Lama Temple and Confucius Temple, there is a Starbucks, cafe nearby, early check-in which is very convenient. Very comfortable beds, pillows, excellent cleaning. What I did not like is that most likely by mistake I booked a room without breakfast or there was an error on the site. The cost of breakfast separately is very expensive. For the price that I paid without breakfast, I see on the site with breakfast and on some days even with dinner. This is very offensive and unpleasant. So, I would be happy that for price I paid I had breakfasts, but when I paid for breakfasts this hotel was quite expensive.
