Péssima experiência. The employees wanted to charge us twice. We has to spend two days trying to prove it had already been paid for in booking.com. Despite our efforts explaining it was paid the hotel insisted for us to make the payment again, saying that we had to prove ti them that it was paid for. We had to call booking. So then booking called the hotel, nobody responded. Booking sent them an email. The hotel still did not find the email. Then we called booking a second time. Clearly it was an attempt to CHARGE US TWO TIMES ON PURPOSE. This ruined 2 days of our trip. We do not recommend this hotel.

It is centrally located. 1. In front of the window there was a wall - almost no daylight and all that for 130USD. 2. The hotel charged our credit card, but the payment got reverted because they didn't claim it. Three weeks later they charged the credit card with a different entity name from Shanghai, so I raised a dispute. I have cancelled the dispute after realising what happened, but the hotel started lying that I have left without paying.

Location is good. Hardly, anyone is bothering us. Atleast tgose who are in the front desk, they should able to speak a little bit of English, but that was not happenning. I am not suggesting for foreigners. They dont care much.

just a walking distance to Wangfujing, forbidden palace and Tiananmen Square the room was small, old, dirty, and no window

The staff are all helpful and the location is truly worth the money. Despite the hotel is close to the Forbidden City and other major tourist sites, the hotel itself really need a bit makeover. And the bath water is boiling hot, make sure you check eveytime before using.

Our first impression of the staff wasn't great. We arrived (prearranged) late - at 10pm. The staff at the desk at the time were unfriendly, but after that we had great service, so I guess it was a fluke?
