Beautifully designed hotel with outstanding food and great facilities. We stayed here for 6 nights as a family (7yo and 9yo kids) and everything was perfect. The staff are very accommodating, and the location (near the subway and the Sanlitun Taikooli area, which has lots of great shops and restaurants) is excellent.

House keeping is great. They have good amenities. The property needs better care. One specific receptionist wasn’t very friendly. AC isnt cold enough in the room (we booked 2 baby suites) both had the same issue. They brought us a fan but it barely did anything. Only one side of the bed has an electricity plug, which wasn’t convenient.

We liked everything about the hotel. The location is very good and the staff is very attentive.

very spatious room, well equipped (two types of flat irons, two types of hairdriers), bottles of water and coffee capsules delivered every day. nice welcome basket of fresh fruits at arrival. Very nice staff, speaks good English. the restaurant downstairs is also good for dinner. There are also other bars and restaurants in the walking distance, plus a metro station very close. Highly recommended.

Staff, the cleanliness Lights in the room were too dark, couldn’t even do makeup properly. Breakfast was so so. Faced lots of problems during stay: problems with AC, Tv, etc.

I love everything about this hotel! The cool reception, the architecture used in every corner of the building, the decoration details, and the furniture are beautifully designed. The staff was excellent, super attentive to all our needs; a place full of beautiful details, nothing was left out. Quiet rooms, super comfortable beds, and pillows. Breakfast was also delicious and generous, with three different menus: an occidental, a local, and a healthy one, but also a buffet. The hotel is close to a shopping mall with many good places to eat, shop, and cafes. Super fun to walk around. The toilet paper; however, I imagine it is due to the fact that the hotel tries to be ecological and pays attention to recycling.

One of the best breakfast buffet I have tried in my life even better than a well known hotels because they give an excellent menu to choose from and they bring amazing dishes

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to many shopping and great restaurants. The rooms were huge, very comfortable and clean. The staff was the best part of the hotel, they were all so helpful and kind. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended The gym could was spacious enough that more equipments could be added. The breakfast was decent but it could get boring after a few days
