Location is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a perfect size for my needs and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is a little too small, vanity space could have been a little bigger. Breakfast and coffee shop opened a little too late.

The room was welll équipes and had an excellent size. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety, including chinese and western options. The gyn was very nice. It lacked a steam room in the locker room. Location wasnt that great, but you fan love easily with DIDI.

The room itself was really spacious and comfortable. The staff were really helpful-especially in the restaurants trying to help me to eat gluten free. There are some places where guests can smoke and sometimes this drifted to our room, presumably through the AC or under the door. It wasn’t a major issue but banning smoking inside would be beneficial.

Excellent breakfast options, great location very close to two metro stops (one about a 5 minute walk, the other about 10 minutes walk, also close to shops). It's central enough that you can easily get to the metro and get to the famous sites but not so close that you feel mobbed by people.

Location is great, because it's right by Tianmen Square. I didn't get the breakfast package so I cannot comment on the breakfast. The room looks very low budget given how expensive the price is. Staff is okay, not the most friendly memorable experience. The internet is a JOKE. It's a communist country so you pretty much cannot do anything......

The room was comfortable, and the hotel itself was very posh, with beautiful décor and excellent service. The restaurants in the hotel were outstanding, and the gym was clean and well equipped. I felt very safe, happy, and relaxed throughout my stay. Nothing I can think about

The hotel is conveniently located within 2 different metro stations. Checking in and out is very easy and fast. The room is quite clean and bed comfortable. The restaurant breakfast spread is generous filled with both oriental and western cuisine. I had a chance to take my dinner in the same restaurant; it is quiet with few guests, but the food is good and staff very friendly.

Our large and comfortable room was a relief after several weeks of travel. Between two subway stations, it was quite accessible. Taxis were cheap, however. Breakfast was incredibly varied and tasty! Very patient and helpful personnel.

Showers/bathroom ran rusty water my second night there. 3 night stay. After waiting all night and all morning for the hotel to fix. My entire family and I was forced to change hotels They offered nothing not even an apology. Not an inkling of any level of concern. It was a huge inconvenience and additional expense I incurred didn’t have to incur. VERY DISAPPOINTING
