Definitely heating. I traveled to Beijing in 26-29DEC in wintertime and the heating here is very helpful. The location is not an ideal place for travel purposes, far from the center, and i cannot reach the metro station despite around 800m away, because of the cold. I chose the bus instead, and it took only 200m to bus station, anything else is good! location

The hotel's location is near the CEIC (Chaoyang Area) and so was beneficial for me. The hotel has all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and the amenities in the room were apt. The breakfast was sumptuous - local fare primarily - and provided a wide choice. The concierge Team was awesome and very friendly. I had an issue with communicating due to my language - Apple Translate utility helped a lot, but couldn't help in phone conversations with room service and housekeeping. The room service food was bland for my taste. The hotel had a foreign exchange conversion ATM - would accept only demonination of 100; not the best rate and a RMB 30 charge for every transaction.

Very nice hotel and feel very comfortable and safe to stay for the whole family. Love the breakfast too.

Breakfast was so good and impressive, with a variety of foods. The location is good for those who come to the Exhibition Center nearby. Some people smoke inside their room, even though we were in our room, we still smell of smoke from the other room., Hope they can manage people who are against the smoking rules. Staff are helpful, but I think they need to get essential English training.

The staffs are very helpful and hospitality. They even helped me cut a big watermelon into several slices and put them into two plates. Highly recommend to all guest to Beijing. They are also very budget friendly compared to other hotels. I would come again in the future if I travel here.

Booking with booking.com, it is a big mistake, they over charged you and if anything goes wrong the will not help with the issue and they will keep you money

Location The building is relative old and hence some of the structure wear and tear condition is very obvious.

Air conditioner was not working, instead of moving me to anothet room, they got me an old mobile unit which the staff member kept hitting to work. The room was hot and the second day the unit stopped working completely!
