It is a museum! Full of pieces of art of great quality and value. Breakfast is delicious. Location is great!. Staff is professional, helpful and warm. I always stay in Beijing in this hotel! Nothing!

Pretty much everything! All the amenities you could want in a small hotel with the amazing added benefit of being surrounded — and I mean this literally — by contemporary art collections of the highest order. (Take the Art tour offered by the hotel!) I also found some small things wonderful: free soft drinks in the minibar, great shower, Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Also close to Ritan Park that was crowded each morning with Chinese enjoying life. Every staff member was great! All my requests were handled fully, quickly and efficiently. The bar and restaurant were beautiful but pretty much empty the entire week I was there. Perhaps not surprising in Beijing that has so many great places to eat and drink.

We have stayed at Hotel Éclat Beijing more than a dozen times, and it never loses its magic. This is simply one of our favorite hotels in the world. The art collection is extraordinary — works by Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, Pierre Matter, and celebrated Chinese masters are displayed throughout the common areas and rooms. Every visit feels like a fresh discovery. The staff feel like family at this point; the warmth and attentiveness here is exceptional and consistent across every stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, and the lagoon suites with private terraces are genuinely unlike anything else we have experienced anywhere. The dining is excellent — George's Bar & Restaurant delivers consistently, and the included breakfast and evening canapés are a lovely touch. The location in the Parkview Green pyramid building puts you close to Sanlitun, Chaoyang, and major sights. We return again and again, and we always will. Highest possible recommendation. Nothing

Great location, art museum like atmosphere. The green terrace space attached to the room are rare beauty in the capital of China. The check in tea and towel, little macaroons, adds warmth. Needless to say the front staff are exceptionally competent with a genuine friendly attitudes.

Great hotel, very well located for us; the (eclectic) art is overwhelming at first, but the comfort is fantastic. Having the mall annexed to the hotel is clearly a plus.

Amazing staff (Henry, William, Tony and Mia) actually everyone. Dany, the general manager was absolutely incredible with wonderful tour suggestions and great conversation in general. The plethora of artwork is breathtaking. Room with terrace was a treat!!!! Can’t wait to go back and experience again. Stayed 5 nights and could have stayed much longer !! Thanks to everyone! Not a thing

Loved the location in the centrally located and beautiful Parkview Green mall. Also, loved all of the art in and around the hotel and the excellent service. Restaurant was small but excellent. High deposit for the room and slightly annoying when I was asked to add to the deposit after signing a dinner to my room.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a shopping mall connected to the hotel where you can find many restaurants and coffee shops like Starbucks

The outside of the property was ok. It’s built within a mall, even though the mall doesn’t have any supermarket or good tea place. Barely any brand worth shopping at. I was at another hotel with a similar price (Ritz Carlton). The service of Eclat was nothing close to Ritz. The service you get here is just like a 3 star hotel. They barely provide any service besides saying hi. 5 star hotel is not just the price! You need to provide service of the money I paid!

The only thing that I would have expected that wasn’t there was a better quality restaurant in the main hotel. The Georges restaurant was fine for breakfast. However, for dinner I would have expected a more intimate, upscale space with more appropriate lighting. It felt like I was eating in a cafeteria.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, staff amiable and helpfull. The hotel's decor is absolutely remarkable, you feel like you're in an art gallery. The windows could not be open at all (17 floor), so a room with a terrace would be a better option for those who need fresh air.
